A washing machine that stops mid-cycle or a fridge that has gone warm throws the whole week out. You want someone who turns up when agreed, tests the appliance rather than guessing, and tells you plainly what is wrong and what it costs.
That is how we work. Labour is priced before you book. Parts are priced before they are fitted. And if the appliance isn’t worth repairing, we say so, even though it means there is no repair for us to do.

Price before details
Pick the appliance and add your postcode, and the labour price appears. We only ask who you are if you decide to book.
A person checks every job
Someone on the local team reviews each request and contacts you to agree the visit.
No part without a yes
If a part is needed, the engineer explains why and what it costs. Nothing is fitted until you agree.
Straight advice
When a new appliance makes more sense, we say so before you spend anything more. A repair has to add up.
